Family therapy can be a powerful tool for promoting positive change within your home. Using a systemic approach, we can better understand how each person impacts the family dynamic. By getting parents on the same page, we can help foster a healthy and supportive environment for everyone involved.
About Me.
I believe the mind and body are intrinsically connected. Working in movement and physical rehabilitation for over 15 years I observed first hand how we embody stress and trauma. My goal is to help individuals better understand how the mind and body can integrate harmoniously. I completed my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Antioch University - Seattle, and I have a bachelor's degree from American University in Public Communication and English Literature.

I provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families with a variety of concerns such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship stress, and more. I am passionate about working with those navigating the mental load of motherhood, IVF/fertility issues, multicultural identity, and internalized oppression. I enjoy working systemically with families, to help them gain a better understanding of how their "operating system" may contribute to the presenting issue and ways to shift it. I incorporate body awareness techniques with all my clients to increase regulation and improve the mind body connection. My approach to therapy is collaborative, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I integrate Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Structural Therapy all through a trauma informed lens. I lean into each client's strengths and resiliencies while honoring and validating the lived experience. I endeavor to create a safe, nonjudgmental, inclusive, space for my clients using empathy, warmth, compassion, and at times humor. I am an LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity affirming provider.

I was born and raised in the UK. I have lived all over the world and have spent considerable time in Los Angeles, New York and Washington DC. The years I spent living in various places has given me a global perspective on life, health and mental wellness. This enables me to connect with people of all backgrounds and cultures. I now call Washington State and the beautiful pacific northwest home. I love to hike (in the summer!), cook, and visit new places with my kiddo and husband.
